We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Good standard hotel with caring staff at the receptionist. The location was excellent and stunning. Very close to everything we wanted to see. Mount Pleasant district was worth staying in.

My favorite property in Charleston. Super friendly and incredibly nice staff team at the receptionist. Early check-in and late check-out. Easy parking on site. Favorable, amazing location in Charleston, just next door to downtown "old" Charleston and Charleston Historic District, and quiet area close to supermarkets.

When we arrived the hotel didn't have the room we booked available and gave us a room with two small beds. After contacting them, they comped us our first night and made sure to get us into the right room for the next two nights of our stay. We appreciated them making their mistake right, however were pretty upset after traveling all day to come to a room that we hadn't booked.

The hotel was of good standard and exceptionally comfortable. The property's position was excellent, with a short walk to Savannah, Charleston or Mount Pleasant and the store. A sleek car bridge was located just 1 mile away from the property.

Even though it was described as having everything, it had nothing. No glasses no appliances, no silverware, nothing. Got in at 10 PM and were told that we could order what we wanted the next morning. No food available. Next day we got some dishes, no housekeeping! Didn't take or clean anything! No clean towels, no bed made, nothing! Would never stay at a DIY Extended Stay again - terrible!

Location was excellent for Cooper River Bridge Run and the staff were excellent and belong at the Four Seasons.
Mold on the shower curtain which doesn't fit the tub.

The bed was very comfy. The room was a decent size overall. The facilities were very good. The staff at the reception were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. They allowed early check-in and provided parking on-site. Late check-out was also available.
